Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Kozy Chaos piece. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

30-day returns
• You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• You pay the return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong (see below).
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Made to order: please keep in mind
• Each piece is printed just for you, so an exchange means we make a brand-new item. A replacement takes about 2–3 weeks again (up to 14 business days).
• Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Measurements can vary by up to about 3 cm (just over 1 inch).
• Colors on screen can look a little different from the printed fabric, and pattern placement can shift slightly from the preview. That's part of printing each piece individually and doesn't count as a defect.
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item is already in production.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?
• If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
• We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't pay any shipping for this.
• We may not need the item back. If we do, we'll cover the return shipping.

How to start a return
1. Email kwickdraw@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
2. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item to:

   Please use a trackable shipping method. We can't refund items lost on the way back to us.
4. Once we receive and check your return, we'll send your refund or start making your exchange. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of receiving the item. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
