Shipping Policy

Every Kozy Chaos piece is made to order. Your design is printed just for you after you order, so it takes a little longer than grabbing something off a shelf. Patience appreciated. It's worth the wait!

How long will it take?
• Most US orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks (up to 14 business days) from the day you order.
• That time covers printing and making your item, plus shipping.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, not counting US holidays.
• We don't offer rush or expedited production.
• If you order more than one item, they may be made separately and arrive in separate packages.

Holiday orders
• Order by Monday, November 30, 2026 for the best chance of delivery by December 24.
• Orders placed after that date may not arrive before Christmas. Carriers get slower in December.

What does shipping cost?
• United States: FREE standard shipping on US orders of $23 or more, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
• International: we ship to the countries listed in the country/region selector on our site. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the carrier you pick.
• International orders: the delivery estimate shown at checkout covers shipping only. Please add about 1–2 weeks of production time on top of it.
• Customs duties, import taxes and fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Carriers and tracking
• Orders ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, whichever fits the order best.
• When your order ships, we'll email your tracking number.

Problems with delivery?
• Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't change it once your item is in production.
• If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or a package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at kwickdraw@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
